CollisionRight is seeking a People Operations Manager to align people strategies with operational goals across multiple collision repair centers, the Support Center, and 360ALIGN locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or field-based environment.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Proven success building strategic partnerships with operational leadership.
• Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Able to connect and build rapport with teammates at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record with the ability to travel regularly to assigned locations as business needs require.
• Experience in the collision repair or automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and departmental leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Drive teammate engagement and retention through proactive communication and recognition.
• Support recruiting efforts and onboarding for assigned locations.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Administer HRIS (Paycom) and maintain te​amte lifecycle changes.
• Maintain SOPs, policy documentation, and SharePoint resources.
• Lead and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations and corrective action.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Administer unemployment claims and participate in hearings as needed.
• Generate and interpret HR reports and dashboards to guide leadership decisions.
