Job summary

The Ghoman Group is seeking a Regional General Manager to oversee hotel operations across properties, drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development. You will lead General Managers, ensure brand standards, and optimize revenue, cost controls, and guest experiences.

Candidates should have 5+ years of hotel management experience, strong P&L skills, and a proven track record with major brands. This on-site leadership role offers a competitive salary in Indianapolis and opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel management experience, preferably at GM/Regional level.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, payroll, and labor cost management.
• Experience with major hotel brands (IHG, Marriott, Hilton) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop management teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and leadership for General Managers and department heads.
• Ensure properties meet brand, safety, quality, and service standards.
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction.
• Review P&L statements, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to maximize revenue.
• Travel between properties as needed to provide leadership.
