Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and aggressive in solving problems.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of 6-12 staff members.
• Exceptional Guest Services: Maintain high cleanliness standards and address guest concerns, manage reviews.
• Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote the property locally and build relationships with key clients; lead in-house guest sales.
• Teamwork: Assist housekeeping and cover shifts to ensure operational continuity.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
