The Ghoman Group is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager for an Indianapolis-area property. The role requires strong leadership, strategic budgeting, and hands-on operations management to ensure smooth hotel performance.

Candidates should have extensive luxury/hospitality experience, a proven track record in opening or repositioning hotels, and 15–20 years in the industry, with 5–10 years in a GM role.

Qualifications

• University degree in hotel management or related field.
• Experience opening, managing, or repositioning a hotel with a clear track record.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operations functions of the hotel per the organizational chart.
• Hold regular briefings and meetings with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with hotel operating controls, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Lead key property issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishments.
• Handle complaints and oversee service recovery procedures.
• Prepare, present, and achieve the hotel’s annual Operating Budget, Marketing, and Capital Budget.
