J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a General Manager to own hotel performance on-site. You will lead daily operations, drive revenue, and manage a team of 8+ to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting budget and GOP targets.

You will work with the Area Manager, Regional Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager to implement sales programs and market strategies. Strong leadership and compliance with relevant laws are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of General Manager experience in hospitality or related field.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and GOP performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Familiar with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilités

• Manage hotel operations to meet business plan and budget with emphasis on room sales.
• Lead property-level sales initiatives and revenue growth.
• Oversee staffing, guest service, maintenance, safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and Revenue Manager on pricing and strategy.
• Train and develop staff, monitor performance, and enforce standards.
