Job summary

EFI Global, a leading engineering and investigation firm, is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive client engagement and territory growth. You will represent the firm at industry events, build relationships with prospective clients, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to translate insights into growth.

Travel is required and experience with CRM platforms is preferred, with a focus on pursuing new business opportunities and expanding EFI Global's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, or similar role.
• Relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer keyboarding, travel as required.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Evaluates prospective opportunities against established business development criteria and provides recommendations.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities against established business development criteria.
• Facilitates and advances business development opportunities.
• Supports territory growth strategies through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship development efforts.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and opportunity data.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
• Researches and analyzes industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Gathers intelligence from conferences, events, and professional networks.
• Travel as required.
