Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Regional Business Manager to own growth in USA-Latin America corridors. You’ll drive strategy, analytics, and operations across pricing, product, marketing, risk/fraud, and partnerships, reporting to the US-LAC GM.

Work in a hybrid setup from Seattle, Arlington/Washington DC, or New York City. You will manage growth metrics, partner with multiple teams, and shape the regional roadmap while collaborating with friends across the region to expand access and services for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business management, growth, or general management in a B2C context, fintech or financial services.
• Native level fluency in Spanish and fluent Portuguese for Brazil-focused roles.
• Ownership mentality with a track record of delivering results across pricing, product, marketing, and risk/fraud.

Responsibilities

• Own growth in USA-LATAM corridor clusters, tracking new customers, MAUs, transactions, revenue and profitability.
• Define long- and short-term strategic vision; build tactical roadmaps to achieve it.
• Partner with pricing, product, marketing, risk/fraud and other teams to push for decisions and launches.
• Support commercial talks with disbursement and destination partners; translate into customer offers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; translate insights into regional priorities.
• Develop business cases and influence partner-team roadmaps with impact-driven analyses.
