Aon plc is seeking a Consumer Solutions Regional Growth Leader to oversee a hybrid sales team across the West region. You will drive quotas, lead strategy, and coordinate with benefits, enrollment solutions, and operations to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of progressive sales experience in the group health insurance space.
• Experience selling counselor enrollment for Open Enrollment/New Hires as well as Voluntary Benefits solutions.
• Proven experience coaching and managing a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in leading strategic thinking with a client and commercial lens.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead sales team including direct reports and quota accountability.
• Partner with Health and Benefits, Enrollment Solutions, marketing and leadership.
• Foster growth through CRM, pipeline management, and lead generation activities.
• Develop value propositions for distribution partners and support marketing materials.
