Job summary

Aon seeks an Enterprise Client Leader to drive retention and growth for its most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines. You will lead a client team and engage senior decision-makers to deliver one firm to Aon’s key accounts.

The role reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Clients and collaborates with industry leaders, Marketing, Growth Operations, and other regional leaders to shape value creation and deliver superior outcomes through collaboration and trust.

Qualifications

• Industry IQ with deep knowledge of client industry and solution delivery.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships across buying centers.
• Ability to align client strategy with Aon capabilities.
• Strong consulting skills to identify needs and assemble resources.
• Solid understanding of client financials and strategy.
• Excellent, client-centric communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• 15 years of global client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results for at least five enterprise clients across geographies and solution lines.
• Lead Client Value Creation Model and align resources with Global Standards.
• Coordinate with internal partners and senior decision-makers to align strategy.
• Foster inclusion, trust, and teamwork to deliver one firm.
• Maintain client planning and regular DAU sessions with stakeholders.
