Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Consumer Solutions Regional Growth Leader in the West region. This hybrid role allows virtual work with preferred on-site presence at West offices or elsewhere west of the Mississippi.

Lead a sales team, manage quotas, and collaborate with Health and Benefits, Enrollment Solutions, and marketing to drive growth and client outcomes. The role emphasizes strategic selling, solution design, and cross-functional leadership to optimize Aon’s financial performance and client value.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of progressive sales experience in the group health insurance space.
• Experience selling counselor enrollment for Open Enrollment/New Hires and Voluntary Benefits strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing and coaching a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in leading strategic thinking with a client and commercial lens.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports including sales professionals, solution architects and sales admin staff.
• Be accountable for individual and team quotas and sales goals.
• Partner with Health and Benefits, Elective Benefits and Enrollment Solutions teams and leadership.
• Develop training materials and marketing collateral; drive value propositions.
• Oversee CRM, pipeline management and lead generation activities.
• Lead post-sale transitions between sales, operations, legal and finance.
