Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of progressive sales experience in the group health insurance space.
• Experience selling counselor enrollment for Open Enrollment/New Hires and Voluntary Benefits solutions.
• Proven experience managing and coaching a team of direct reports.
• Proficiency in leading strategic thinking around innovation and solutioning with a strong client and commercial lens.
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and influence across teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports including sales professionals, solution architects and sales admin assistant.
• Accountable for individual and team quota and sales goal achievement.
• Partner with Health and Benefits, Enrollment Solutions practices, operations, product development, marketing and leadership.
• Foster a culture of thoughtful growth and lead CRM/pipeline management and lead generation activities.
• Develop training materials and marketing collateral with stakeholders.
• Support and lead post-sale transitions between sales, operations, legal, finance and other key partners.
