Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Consumer Solutions Regional Growth Leader to lead a sales team and drive regional growth in the West region. The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work virtually and from any Aon office in the West or west of the Mississippi.

The position involves managing a sales team, driving quotas, and collaborating with Health and Benefits, Enrollment Solutions, and operations to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 15+ years of progressive sales experience in the group health insurance space.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports including sales professionals, solution architects and sales admin assistant.
• Accountable for individual and team quota and sales goal achievement.
• Partner with Health and Benefits, Elective Benefits and Enrollment Solutions teams and leadership.
• Foster a culture of thoughtful growth and manage CRM, pipeline, and lead generation activities.
• Develop marketing materials and sales collateral; manage post-sale transitions with operations, legal, finance.
