This role requires strong prospecting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Excellence, Operations, and leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
• Experience selling into construction or related industries.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales tools.
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth.
• Manage full customer lifecycle from prospecting to close.
• Build executive relationships with project teams and owners.
• Forecast, maintain pipeline, and travel regionally.
