Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth priorities into actionable weekly plans for sellers, coordinating across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, Operations and practices to accelerate pipeline and contracts. With a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in sales coordination or field operations, you will lead regional roadshows, manage handoffs, and drive data‑driven decisions.

Remote‑friendly with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or relevant project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in-field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, including resource allocation and calendar alignment.
• Design and lead regional roadshows and hosting events, site visits, and open houses; manage post-event follow-ups.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting by coordinating required documentation and handoffs to Legal and Operations.
• Produce and interpret POD execution dashboards; monitor indicators and advise leadership on improvement actions.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy to improve seller productivity and oversight.
• Partner with Sales Operations while respecting systems, reporting infrastructure, and data governance.
