Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to convert growth priorities into weekly seller plans and a synchronized regional cadence. You will coordinate between Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations to accelerate physician engagement and growth.

As a remote-friendly leader, you will drive roadshows, event delivery, and contracting across the region, with up to 50% travel. Strong CRM skills and analytics will inform decisions and optimize regional performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence, including resource allocation and calendar alignment.
• Lead regional roadshow strategy and post-event evaluation; coordinate open houses and local events.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region and manage required documentation (W-9s, PECOS, redlines).
• Serve as regional Field Marketing liaison and align event strategy to growth priorities and ROI.
• Analyze regional execution performance and present dashboards and insights to leadership.
