Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth strategies into weekly seller plans and field actions. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive pipeline execution, and own regional roadshows and events to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in sales coordination or related operations, with strong program management, CRM familiarity, and a remote‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross‑functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel regionally up to 50% as needed for in‑field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities and measurable execution goals.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence with dashboards and performance indicators.
• Design and lead the regional roadshow strategy, from prospect segmentation to post‑roadshow evaluation.
• Own the strategy and execution of quarterly Centers of Excellence events and local engagements.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region with required documentation and cross‑functional handoffs.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and execution partner to maximize pipeline progression.
• Own the analysis and communication of regional execution performance with dashboards and insights.
• Define and lead the region’s AI strategy to improve seller productivity and engagement.
• Lead cross‑functional handoffs and resolve execution issues with Sales Operations.
• Continuously improve the regional execution model and scale best practices.
