Job summary

Aledade PBC, a public benefit corporation, seeks a Regional Sales Execution Specialist to translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly plan for sellers and to drive engagement with physicians, practices, and partners. You will lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Field Marketing, Legal, and Operations to accelerate growth.

The role emphasizes regional roadshows, deal readiness, and performance insights while operating with autonomy, influence, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, operations or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales coordination, field operations, revenue operations, or related project management roles.
• Proven ability to translate strategic goals into actionable, high-quality field execution.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, event planning, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract workflows, CRM systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into an integrated weekly execution plan for sellers, including pipeline priorities and follow-up strategy.
• Own the regional operating rhythm and execution cadence with resource allocation and dashboards.
• Design and lead regional roadshow strategy from segmentation to post-event evaluation.
• Own quarterly Centers of Excellence events and engagement plans with practices and physicians.
• Drive deal readiness and contracting across the region with required documentation and handoffs to Legal/Operations.
• Serve as the regional Field Marketing liaison and execution partner to maximize pipeline progression.
