• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field.
• 10 years of progressive sales experience in packaging and technology.
• 5–7 years of sales management with multi-level teams and regional revenue responsibility.

• Lead the US commercial strategy for the segment aligned with Amcor's long-term growth priorities.
• Drive revenue growth through new customers and expansion in existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners; resolve conflicts.
• Coach and develop cross-functional commercial teams to improve execution.
• Negotiate contract terms with Sales Ops and Legal teams.
• Oversee pipeline management and CRM updates to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Provide market insights, forecasts, and risk mitigation to senior leadership.
