Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Sr. Regional Business Director in the United States to lead a growth-centric relationship with key customers across Closures, Bottles, & Specialties.

You will drive the regional commercial strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and manage budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets. You will coordinate with Product Line Management and Development teams, coach a high-performance sales organization, and shape long-term customer partnerships while staying ahead of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or applicable technical field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in packaging industry and technology (e.g. injection molding, extrusion).
• 5-7 years of Sales Management experience with multi-level teams and regional or national revenue responsibility.
• Proven success leading cross-functional commercial initiatives and managing high-value customer portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. commercial strategy for the segment and align with long-term growth priorities.
• Drive revenue growth through new customers, expansion, and churn reduction.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key customers, prospects, and equipment partners.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the commercial team to elevate capability and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Contracts and Legal to negotiate terms.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM tracking.
• Refine sales processes to shorten cycles and improve win rates.
• Provide forecasting and regular leadership reports on performance and risks.
• Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
