Job summary

Amcor LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Regional Business Director to lead budgeted sales and profit objectives by building growth-focused relationships with key customers in the Closures, Bottles, and Specialties portfolio.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, steer negotiation of contract terms, manage a robust sales pipeline in CRM, and mentor a high-performance commercial culture to win in a competitive packaging market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or applicable technical field required.
• Experience leading multi-level commercial teams and regional/national revenue responsibility.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional commercial initiatives and high-value portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the U.S. commercial strategy for the segment across Closures, Bottles, & Specialties.
• Drive revenue growth through new customers and expansion of existing accounts while reducing churn.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, prospects, and equipment partners.
• Coach and develop the commercial team to elevate capability and succession planning.
• Negotiate contract terms with Sales Operations, Contracts and Legal for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Oversee pipeline management and CRM updates for accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with PMM, Product Development, and Customer Care for go-to-market alignment.
• Provide regular forecasts, pipeline health, and performance insights to Senior Leadership.
