ELB US Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager – Business Development and Branch Operations for the Cerritos, CA facility. You will lead market expansion across the Greater Los Angeles area, balancing 70% enterprise sales growth with 30% local branch leadership.

You will drive consultative sales to meet targets, manage the branch, and align operations with national strategies, while leveraging AI tools to enhance prospecting and delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years of consultative technology sales or business development experience in AV/UC or education technology.
• Proven track record in hunting new accounts and complex enterprise/public-sector cycles.
• Ability to lead site culture, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Strong familiarity with Education and enterprise workplace technology markets.
• Technical acumen with collaboration platforms and integrated AV systems.
• Operational agility with pipeline discipline and use of AI tools for efficiency.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional revenue growth across enterprise, government, commercial, and education sectors.
• Build executive relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders.
• Conduct solution-led selling for AV, UC, digital learning, and smart workplace tech.
• Oversee branch operations, facilities, demo center, and local assets.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource planning with National Operations.
• Manage local office expenses, procurement, and vendor services.
• Represent ELB in regional business communities and at trade shows.
