Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced regional leader to oversee multiple offices in the Irvine region. The role focuses on driving growth, mentoring regional managers, and optimizing financial and marketing performance across offices.

You will evaluate market opportunities, set strategic direction, and pursue national contract opportunities while promoting collaboration and the company’s resources across regions.

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role as branch leader.
BS or MS from an ABET-accredited college/university in Civil Engineering or related field.
P.E. or P.G. license, or equivalent, or able to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

Build team-oriented relationships with office managers to provide leadership and mentoring.
Monitor and track finances, marketing strategies, productivity, resources, and training.
Evaluate market opportunities, trends, and regional successes.
Provide strategic direction for Regional Managers and Subsidiary Directors.
Coordinate regional business opportunities and lead marketing initiatives.
Seek project leads and opportunities across regions and attend trade conferences.
