Ladders seeks a General Manager I to lead a regional IT sales and operations team in Los Angeles. You will align strategy with customer needs, drive financial results, and develop a diverse sales and support organization while balancing supply chain and manufacturing considerations.

Responsibilities include driving market performance, leading a capable team, and ensuring operational decisions meet targets. Strong leadership and California market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10 years of experience in electronic component sales, marketing, or business development.
• Thorough understanding of distribution processes.
• 5+ years leading regional Field Sales and Inside Sales teams; engineering team experience is a plus.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities.
• Strong grasp of sales and business operations.
• Knowledge of the California market.
• Ability to analyze market priorities and competitive positioning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 30-40%.
