Job summary

EFI Global is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager in California to develop opportunities and relationships within assigned territory. You will engage at industry events, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth. A background in BD with CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include outbound networking, opportunity qualification, and travel to client sites or events as required. Comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, or similar role.
• Relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities for business development engagement.
• Evaluates opportunities against established criteria and provides recommendations.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities and facilitates advancement of BD opportunities.
• Supports territory growth through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship development.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and opportunity data.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
• Researches industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Travel as required.
