Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Regional Associate to drive growth and competition for GLSM Great Lakes & Smoky Mountain regions. The role focuses on analyzing optimization opportunities, engaging Hosts via calls and video, and presenting data-driven value propositions.

You will use Salesforce, Gong, Mixmax and dashboards to monitor performance, follow guardrails, and share best practices with the team. A strong data mindset and rapport-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months (any field).
• Comfortable on the phone and on video; you can build rapport quickly with people you have never met.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large portfolio and a daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a pattern and explain it simply.
• Persistence and resilience; you can follow up many times, respectfully, without taking silence personally.
• Good judgment and integrity when working within compliance guidelines.
• Internships, customer service, sales or hospitality experience are a plus, but not required.
• Nice to Have Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), call-intelligence tools (Gong) or outreach tools (Mixmax).
• Experience with spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Sheets, Tableau).
• Interest in travel, short-term rentals or marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of high-potential Host accounts to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Reach Hosts through calls, video meetings, email and follow up consistently across channels.
• Present data clearly using charts and approved tools, and explain our value proposition to Hosts.
• Document conversation, classification and follow-up in Salesforce, Gong and the team trackers.
• Track progress toward quarterly goals and adjust your approach weekly.
• Share learnings, objections and best practices with the team.
• Follow Host communication guardrails and empower Hosts to make their own decisions.
