Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Regional Associate focused on Growth & Competition to advance host performance across a portfolio of listings. You will analyze trends, reach hosts via calls, video, and email, and present data-driven insights to help hosts attract more bookings.

You will maintain familiarity with integrations from partners, document interactions in Salesforce and Gong, and track progress toward quarterly goals with weekly coaching and structured ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or expected within the next 6 months.
• Comfortable on the phone and on video; you can build rapport quickly with people you have never met.
• Organized and self‑directed, able to manage a large portfolio and a daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a pattern and explain it simply.
• Persistence and resilience; you can follow up many times, respectfully, without taking silence personally.
• Good judgment and integrity when working within compliance guidelines.
• Internships, customer service, sales or hospitality experience are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of hosts to identify data-driven opportunities to attract bookings.
• Reach hosts through calls, video meetings, email and follow up consistently across channels.
• Present data clearly using charts and approved tools, and explain our value proposition to hosts.
• Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners.
• Document conversation, classification and follow-up in Salesforce, Gong and trackers.
• Track progress toward quarterly goals and adjust your approach weekly.
• Share learnings, objections and best practices with the team.
• Follow host communication guardrails: educate, inform, provide data-driven insights, empower hosts.
