Structured ramp-up with Salesforce, Gong, and analytics dashboards; track quarterly goals and collaborate with teammates while navigating compliance guardrails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected within 6 months.
• Comfortable on phone and video; able to build rapport with new people.
• Organized and self-directed; capable of managing a large portfolio and daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data: read dashboards, spot patterns, explain simply.
• Persistence and resilience; follow up respectfully.
• Good judgment and integrity within compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across hosts to drive bookings.
• Reach Hosts through calls, video meetings, email, and follow ups across channels.
• Present data clearly with charts using approved tools; explain value proposition to Hosts.
• Document conversations, classifications and follow-ups in Salesforce, Gong, and trackers.
• Track progress toward quarterly goals and adjust approach weekly.
• Share learnings and best practices with the team while following guardrails.
