Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Regional Associate for Growth & Competition to analyze listing optimization opportunities, track performance across a portfolio of Host accounts, and help them attract more bookings. You will reach Hosts via calls, video meetings, email, and follow-up across channels, present data with charts, and document interactions in Salesforce and Gong.

The role is remote with a West Coast focus and pays $13–$18 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months.
• Comfortable on the phone and on video; you can build rapport quickly with people you have never met.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large portfolio and a daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a pattern and explain it simply.
• Persistence and resilience; you can follow up many times, respectfully, without taking silence personally.
• Good judgment and integrity when working within compliance guidelines.
• Internships, customer service, sales or hospitality experience are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of Host accounts to identify data-driven opportunities to attract more bookings.
• Reach Hosts through calls, video meetings, email and follow up consistently across channels.
• Present data clearly, using charts and approved tools, and explain our value proposition to Hosts.
• Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners.
• Document conversation, classification and follow-up in Salesforce, Gong and the team trackers.
• Track your progress toward quarterly goals and adjust your approach weekly.
• Share learnings, objections and best practices with the team.
• Follow Host communication guardrails at all times: educate and inform, provide objective and data-driven insights, and empower Hosts to make their own strategic decisions.
