Maleda Tech is seeking a Regional Associate to join a new outreach team supporting Southeast and Gulf hosts. You will use data to help hosts optimize listings and pricing across platforms, while educating and guiding them with clear, actionable insights.

This role is phone-heavy and relationship-driven, blending business development with junior account management. It suits someone early in their career who enjoys outbound outreach and rapport-building.

Competenze

• Comfort on the phone and video and the ability to build rapport quickly with new hosts.
• Comfort with outbound outreach and a high daily call volume.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large portfolio and a daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data; read dashboards and explain patterns.
• Persistence and resilience in following up respectfully across conversations.
• Good judgment and integrity within compliance guidelines.

Mansioni

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of host accounts.
• Make 10–20 outbound calls per day and reach hosts via video, email, or calls.
• Present data with charts and explain platform value to hosts.
• Help hosts compare pricing across booking platforms and address questions.
• Maintain understanding of integrations with software partners.
• Document conversations and follow-ups in Salesforce, Gong, and trackers.
• Track progress toward quarterly goals and adjust approach weekly.
• Share learnings and best practices with the team.
• Follow host communication guidelines to educate and empower hosts.
