Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Regional Associate to analyze host listing performance and identify data-driven opportunities to boost bookings.

You will reach hosts via phone, video, and email, presenting clear data with charts to convey our value proposition. You will document interactions in Salesforce and Gong, track quarterly goals, and share learnings with the team from your first weeks onward.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months (any field).
• Comfortable on the phone and on video; you can build rapport quickly with people you have never met.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large portfolio and a daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a pattern and explain it simply.
• Persistence and resilience; you can follow up many times, respectfully, without taking silence personally.
• Good judgment and integrity when working within compliance guidelines.
• Internships, customer service, sales or hospitality experience are a plus, but not required.
• Nice to Have Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce), call-intelligence tools (Gong) or outreach tools (Mixmax).
• Experience with spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Sheets, Tableau).
• Interest in travel, short-term rentals or marketplaces.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends across a portfolio of Host accounts to identify data-driven opportunities that can help them attract more bookings.
• Reach Hosts through calls, video meetings, email and follow up consistently across channels.
• Present data clearly, using charts and approved tools, and explain our value proposition to Hosts.
• Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners.
• Document conversation, classification and follow-up in Salesforce, Gong and the team trackers.
• Track your progress toward quarterly goals and adjust your approach weekly.
• Share learnings, objections and best practices with the team.
• Follow Host communication guardrails at all times: educate and inform, provide objective and data-driven insights, and empower Hosts to make their own strategic decisions.
