Job summary

Cypress HCM is hiring a Regional Associate for Growth & Competition (NE/CA) to leverage data and insights to help hosts optimize listings and increase bookings. You will engage hosts via calls, video, and email, presenting clear data-driven value propositions and maintaining strong tracker documentation.

You will collaborate across teams, track quarterly goals, and share learnings while following guardrails to empower hosts to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected within the next 6 months.
• Comfortable on the phone and on video; you can build rapport quickly with people you have never met.
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage a large portfolio and a daily call plan.
• Curiosity and comfort with data: you can read a dashboard, spot a pattern and explain it simply.
• Persistence and resilience; you can follow up many times, respectfully, without taking silence personally.
• Good judgment and integrity when working within compliance guidelines.
• Internships, customer service, sales or hospitality experience are a plus, but not required.
• Fluent in French is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze listing optimization opportunities and performance trends for Host accounts to identify data-driven opportunities for more bookings.
• Reach Hosts through calls, video meetings, email and follow ups across channels.
• Present data clearly using charts and approved tools and explain our value proposition to Hosts.
• Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners.
• Document conversations, classification and follow-up in Salesforce, Gong and trackers.
• Track progress toward quarterly goals and adjust approach weekly.
• Share learnings and best practices with the team.
• Follow Host communication guardrails: educate, inform, provide data-driven insights, empowerHosts.
