Job summary

KEENFINITY is seeking a Regional Growth Support Manager for North America. This remote role requires up to 50% travel across the NA region and occasional visits to Eindhoven HQ.

You will analyze government, education, corporate, healthcare, and religious AV markets, and drive go-to-market strategies with the growth function to meet and exceed business plans. The role demands deep AV knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to develop opportunities while maintaining a robust

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of North American AV markets and players.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
• Autonomous with strong decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze NA conference and AV markets across verticals (govt, education, corporate, healthcare, religious).
• Design and execute go-to-market strategy for conference solutions in North America with growth team collaboration.
• Develop business opportunities and nurture a healthy AV pipeline.
• Introduce conference solutions to the market with trainings and customer discussions.
• Monitor pipeline, orders, and net sales; ensure targets and healthy future pipeline.
• Lead new product introduction activities and trainings for growth teams and customers.
• Deliver excellent presentations to stakeholders.
