Job summary

Keenfinity Group seeks a Senior Director of Growth for its Conference and Public Address division in the Americas. The role is remote or hybrid in Burnsville, MN, with up to 50% travel, and partners with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives.

You will own revenue targets, build and coach a high-performing sales team, collaborate across marketing, product, and operations, and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
