Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking a senior Growth/Business leader to analyze North America's conference and AV markets and design go-to-market strategies. You will drive opportunities, grow the conference/AV pipeline, and train customers and growth teams while representing the brand in NA.

This remote role requires travel up to 50% and a deep background in audio/acoustics markets. You will collaborate with global teams, maintain relationships with design consultants and end users, and travel domestically

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in audio, acoustics and audiovisual markets in North America.
• Engineering or business background is required.
• Strong technical knowledge and fast learning ability.
• Excellent presentation skills are essential.
• Willing to travel domestically and globally ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze North America’s conference and AV markets across verticals.
• Design and execute go-to-market conference solutions strategies for NA.
• Develop business opportunities and build a healthy conference/AV pipeline.
• Create conference solutions’ share of mind through trainings and customer discussions.
• Monitor pipeline, orders, and net sales; ensure targets and healthy future pipeline.
• Lead NPI activities for growth team and customers.
• Conduct growth team and customer trainings; be brand ambassador in NA.
