Job summary

Keenfinity Group is seeking a Regional Growth Support Manager - North America to lead market analysis and craft go-to-market strategies for conference and related AV markets. The role is remote with substantial travel across North America and beyond, coordinating with the growth team to build a robust pipeline.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in audio/AV, strong technical and presentation skills, and a wide network within the industry to drive growth, partnerships, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in audio, acoustics and audiovisual markets in North America.
• Engineering or business background.
• Deep knowledge about audiovisual market players and trends in the region.
• Wide network of decision-making business contacts within end users, design consultants, contractors, system integrators and distributors.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze North America's conference and adjacent AV markets, including government, education, corporate, healthcare, and religious facilities.
• Design and execute conference solutions go-to-market strategy with growth function to achieve business plans quickly.
• Develop business opportunities and help growth team create a healthy core conference and adjacent AV pipeline.
• Create conference solutions’ share of mind within the growth organization via product introductions, trainings, and customer discussions.
• Monitor growth performance: pipeline, orders, and total net sales; maintain a healthy pipeline for the next year.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities to growth team and customers.
• Provide growth team and customer commercial trainings.
• Travel domestically and globally (~50%).
