The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will develop and implement regional plans, lead a cross-functional team, manage distributor relationships, and coordinate with marketing and product groups to grow market share in golf and turf equipment.

This role requires advanced Spanish, 10+ years of sales/marketing leadership, and willingness to travel ~50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with multiple channels.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the regional sales team and conduct mid- and end-year reviews.
• Develop annual business plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate distributor programs and drive channel development.
• Identify new market opportunities and entry strategies.
• Travel approximately 50% to support markets.
