Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking a Regional General Manager to oversee Texas, Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arkansas and Louisiana. You will lead sales, operations, and customer service across branches, driving profitability and growth with a strong coaching and coaching culture.

The role targets a high-performing leader with deep branch operations expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to develop teams and key accounts in a dynamic distribution business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outside sales and operations teams in industrial/building materials distribution.
• Commercial or sales-driven mindset with leadership in sales.
• Deep knowledge of branch office operations with P&L responsibility.
• Empathetic leader with strong emotional intelligence and team development.
• Excellent communication skills with internal, supplier, and customer interactions.
• KPI-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth by coaching sales managers and outside teams.
• Own strategic growth of key customer accounts.
• Support Branch Managers and optimize order processing, shipping, and receiving.
• Maintain accountability for full P&L and regional performance.
• Ensure effective communication across personnel involved in sales, service, and logistics.
• Oversee logistics operations and compliance with EH&S and other regulations.
• Advise managers on recruitment and staff development to meet company goals.
• Develop and execute process improvements for efficiency across departments.
• Monitor daily KPIs for sales and operations performance.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
