• Experience leading sales and operations in a distribution environment.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a focus on P&L.
• Knowledge of building materials, cabinetry, kitchen and bath markets.
• Excellent communication and leadership across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth through coaching, strategy, and direction to sales teams.
• Oversee branch managers and operations to ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage regional P&L and budgeting; monitor KPIs for sales and operations performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development to meet company goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across regions.
• Communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers to maintain strong relationships.
