The role focuses on driving revenue, market share, ADR, and occupancy through strategic advisory and on-site consultations, with cross-functional collaboration across Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations. Candidates must reside in Virginia or North Carolina; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive hotel industry experience with commercial focus.
• 10+ years hotel leadership, preferably franchise performance or revenue management.
• Proven ability to influence decisions via analytics and strategy.
• Experience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic commercial advisor to hotel owners and operators using data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Conduct visits, performance reviews, and business consultations linking revenue strategy to growth.
• Influence adoption of commercial priorities with clear accountability and follow-up.
• Evaluate market demand, pricing strategy, distribution, and sales performance to prioritize opportunities.
• Develop recommendations that improve revenue, market share, and owner value.
