Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. is seeking an Area Director, Franchise Performance, Core Brands to drive the commercial performance of midscale and upper midscale franchised hotels.

You will act as a trusted advisor to owners, operators, and management companies, using revenue, market, and operating data to identify growth opportunities and profitability. Relocation is not provided; candidates must reside in the South Georgia or Florida Panhandle region.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive hotel industry experience with commercial strategy and multi-property performance.
• Ten years in hotel leadership, preferably in franchise performance or revenue management.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise owners/operators on revenue optimization and performance improvements.
• Lead performance reviews and business consultations connecting revenue strategy with operations and marketing.
• Drive portfolio-wide improvements in RevPAR, market share, ADR, and occupancy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Brand, and Operations teams.
