Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Director, Franchise Business Consultant and Operations to lead a regional team of consultants and act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and the franchisees. You will drive operational, financial, and strategic support through a trusted advisory relationship built on performance and accountability.

You will oversee KPI tracking, monthly P&L reviews, and franchise health diagnostics, while coaching leaders to maximize growth and profitability;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–8+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services-based business or franchise.
• Managerial or team leadership experience.
• Experience with operational efficiencies, KPIs, and data analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of franchise business consultants in support of franchisee growth.
• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; build trust with team and franchise partners to influence profitability.
• Be the go-to person for regional leadership information.
• Establish regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to understand business operations.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Coach team to be the go-to advisors for franchisees during crises and celebrations.
• Prioritize requests of FSC functions to connect with franchisees.
• Advise franchise partners on Franchise Agreement compliance and support compliance efforts.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees and share insights.
• Provide guidance on culture as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics.
• Perform monthly P&L reviews including YOY revenue.
• Other duties as assigned.
