Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to bridge the franchisor and franchisee, delivering management, operational, and financial support through a trusted advisory relationship.

You will monitor KPI results across your territory, coach franchisees, and help drive growth and profitability. You will travel up to 75% to franchise locations, provide guidance on compliance, and lead market diagnostics and P&L reviews to improve performance and sustain franchisee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services business/franchise.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI/data analysis experience.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and assess impact of initiatives.
• Cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs when required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business consultant and coach to influence growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand operations.
• Master Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the go‑to advisor for franchisees in times of need or celebration.
• Prioritize requests from FSC functions for franchisee engagement.
• Advise on compliance with Franchise Agreement and help partners stay compliant.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisee groups.
• Guide franchisees on culture as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics.
• Review monthly P&L YOY revenue and provide insights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
