Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to serve as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisee, delivering strategic support from the Franchise Support Center. You will coach franchisees, monitor KPIs and P&L health, and drive growth across territories and brands.

You will establish regular touchpoints, leverage brand tools, and guide leadership to uphold franchise agreements while improving profitability and culture alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business/franchise.
• Skilled in operational efficiencies, best practices, KPI’s, and data analysis.
• Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and understanding impact on top/bottom lines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to ensure customers get what they need.
• Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability within their franchise.
• Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to understand the business operations of franchise partners and provide insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the go-to advisor for franchisees, providing guidance in times of crisis and celebrating successes.
• Prioritize requests from FSC functions to connect with franchisees.
• Advise on compliance with Franchise Agreement and support franchise partners in staying compliant.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees to share best practices and insights.
• Guide franchisees on culture as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews (YOY).
• Other duties as assigned.
