Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Director, Franchise Business Consultant and Operations to lead a regional team of franchise consultants and serve as the primary liaison between franchisor and franchisees, driving performance and compliance.

You will oversee operational KPIs, conduct monthly P&L reviews, and coach franchise partners to optimize growth and profitability while reinforcing our culture and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–8+ years as consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Experience leading a team and improving operational KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of franchise business consultants to support growth.
• Coach and build trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints with franchisees to review operations.
• Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement and provide guidance on culture alignment.
• Review monthly P&L and YOY revenue with franchise partners.
• Travel up to 75% to franchisee locations.
