Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to bridge franchisor and franchisee, delivering management, operational, and financial support through a consultative approach. You will monitor franchise KPIs, provide trusted guidance, and help partners achieve personal and business goals.

You will establish regular touchpoints, leverage brand tools, and serve as a trusted advisor during crises and successes. Travel up to 75% across territories is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7+ years experience as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business or franchise.
• Strong skills in operational efficiencies, best practices, KPI analysis.
• Ability to interpret P&L statements and assess impact on top/bottom lines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business consultant and coach to franchise partners to drive growth and profitability.
• Maintain regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand business operations and provide insights.
• Learn and leverage Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the trusted advisor franchisees seek in times of crisis and in celebrations.
• Advise on compliance with Franchise Agreement and support efforts to stay compliant.
• Conduct market meetings to share best practices and improve group performance.
• Guide franchisees on building a culture aligned with company values and brand.
