Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to act as the primary liaison between the franchisor and franchisees. The role provides strategic guidance, operational support, and financial insights to drive profitability across the territory.

You will conduct regular touchpoints, monitor KPI performance, and review P&L implications, traveling up to 75% to franchise locations. A consultative mindset and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7+ years of experience in the capacity of a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services-based business or franchise.
• Skilled in operational efficiencies, best practices, KPI’s, and data analysis.
• Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and understanding how initiatives may impact top & bottom lines.
• Experience partnering cross functionally to ensure customers get what they need when they need it.
• Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Communicates clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to Franchisee locations within your assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability within their franchise.
• Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to understand business operations and provide insights.
• Develop a deep understanding of Authority Brand tools and support systems to maximize performance.
• Be the go-to advisor for franchisees in times of crisis or celebration of wins.
• Prioritize requests from FSC functions to connect with franchisees.
• Advise partners on Franchise Agreement compliance and assist with staying compliant.
• Conduct market meetings for franchisees to foster group improvement.
• Guide franchisees on developing culture as an extension of company culture.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews.
