Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC is seeking a Director, Franchise Business Consultant and Operations to lead a regional team of franchise business consultants, acting as the primary liaison between franchisor and franchisees. This role focuses on operational KPI performance and providing financial and operational support through consultative partnerships.

You will guide coaches, ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement, and travel up to 75% to franchise locations, driving growth and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–8+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services-based business or franchise.
• Managerial or team leadership experience.
• Skilled in KPI analysis and data interpretation.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of franchise business consultants in support of franchisee growth and aspirations.
• Perform the role of business consultant and coach; build trust with your team and franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Be the go-to person for leadership for any and all information pertaining to your region.
• Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand franchise operations and provide insights.
• Develop understanding of Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems to maximize performance.
• Coach your team to be the go-to advisors for franchisees in times of need or success.
• Prioritize requests of FSC functions to connect with franchisees.
• Advise on compliance with Franchise Agreement and assist in maintaining compliance.
• Conduct market meetings and develop franchisee culture in alignment with company culture.
• Responsible for delivering franchisee territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews (YOY).
• Other duties as assigned.
