Job summary

Brothers Lawn Squad LLC seeks a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant to bridge the franchisor and franchisee, delivering management, operations, and financial support through trusted advisory relationships.

You will monitor KPI performance across your territory and brands, guiding franchisees to sustainable growth. You will establish regular touchpoints, leverage brand tools, and ensure compliance with franchise agreements while driving culture and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A) or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years as a consultant, advisor, coach, or running a services-based business/franchise.
• Experience with operational efficiencies, best practices, KPIs, and data analysis.
• Comfort interpreting P&L statements and understanding impact on top/bottom lines.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.
• Clear and precise verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to franchise locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between franchisor and franchisee; provide management, operational, and financial support.
• Build trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
• Schedule regular virtual and onsite touchpoints to understand and assist franchise operations.
• Coach franchisees on using Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems.
• Advise on franchise compliance with Franchise Agreement and support compliance efforts.
• Conduct market meetings and guide development of culture aligned with company values.
• Deliver franchisee territory health diagnostics and monthly P&L reviews (YOY).
• Other duties as assigned.
