Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territories.
• Experience in trucking or fleet management sales.
• Proven success prospecting, developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of effective sales and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business across territory and guiding customers through fleet challenges.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enter new markets.
• Lead complex sales cycles using consultative approaches to close high-value deals.
• Partner with fleet customers to understand operational needs and objectives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools with reliable forecasting.
• Share actionable insights on industry trends and fleet challenges.
• Prepare and present customer reports by analyzing key data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experiences and account growth.
• Own $5-10M in new business development and manage accounts until transition to AMC.
