• Experience in trucking or fleet management sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business across territory and guiding customers through fleet challenges.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and enter new markets.
• Lead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger-based approaches to close high-value deals.
• Partner with fleet customers to understand operational needs and business objectives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools with reliable forecasting.
• Share insights on industry trends and fleet challenges.
• Prepare and present customer reports from key data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless customer experience and long-term growth.
• Own $5-10M in new business development and manage accounts through transition to account management.
